✦﹒all updates to this TOS also apply to commissions purchased or owned designs before they were added✦﹒all my artworks remain under my copyright and intellectual property ownership✦﹒i have the right to post my art for advertising or portfolio purposes✦﹒if you have commissioned a piece, you can make edits such as video edits, color changes, etc, as long as they respect my TOS, and my watermark stays visible.✦﹒commissioners are free to post their finished piece, provided proper credit is given✦﹒my artwork is strictly prohibited to be used in NFTs, Crypto, or AI✦﹒using my art for any kind of profit without being the original commissioner and paying for commercial rights is not permitted✦﹒my commissions by default only include personal usage rights,
personal merchandise created for your own use only is allowed, a commercial license must be purchased for any profit-making use

✦﹒do not copy or heavily reference my designs or artwork, but referencing my general art style is fine :3✦﹒i have the right to decline a commission if im not comfortable working with you or if i think im unable to work on it, if a commission is canceled you will be refunded the full purchase amount✦﹒please provide a clear and understandable image of your character✦﹒my commissions are furry mostly✦﹒"sketchy style" commissions do not include revisions, except to correct any design mistakes i may have made.

✦﹒i accept payments in USD via PayPal or Ko-fi✦﹒under no circumstances will i provide a refund once the work is fully completed✦﹒i retain the right to decline or cancel a service, with immediate refund if applicable

✦﹒your commission will be completed within 4 months after full payment is received, this timeline may vary depending on the type of commission, if there’s a life emergency it may cause delays, but i will keep you informed

✦﹒if for any reason i decide to cancel your commission, you will be refunded the full purchase amount✦﹒ under no circumstances will i provide a refund once the work is fully completed.✦﹒if for some reason i cannot immediately refund you same day, i clear on why and when it will be fulfilled

✦﹒do not copy or heavily reference my designs or artwork, but referencing my general art style is fine :3✦﹒you must have a toyhouse to own my designs, if you don't have an account i can give you a code✦﹒character designs of any type must be credited to me, do not claim the design as your own creation, you must credit me as the artist of the character design✦﹒commissioners are free to edit the completed design, this includes editing the original artwork as long as it follows my TOS and my watermark remains✦﹒if you back out of the payment without notice you will be warned or blacklisted depending on the situation✦﹒you may not resell a character design for a higher price than it was originally purchased for unless it includes additional artwork

✦﹒do not delete the toyhouse profile✦﹒im okay with co-owns but there may be only one profile✦﹒do not upload my designs to toy house, if you need a design i made uploaded,
dm me with proof of ownership, value and i will upload it for you

✦﹒i only accept payment via paypal and kofi✦﹒you must state in your offer if you need a payment plan/hold, and for how many days or weeks it’ll be✦﹒i accept a maximum duration of 3 weeks, and you must complete your end of the transaction — failure to do so may result in being blacklisted.

✦﹒you’re free to redesign it however you like and make edits to the reference, but you must also keep an unedited version somewhere on the profile in case there’s a future owner✦﹒if you make a redesign of my character, it needs to stay attached to the original, you can’t sell, trade, or gift it on its own. if it ends up looking totally different, you can ask me if it’s okay to separate it.

✦﹒all works and designs are for personal use only, unless commercial rights have been explicitly agreed upon and paid for✦﹒you may use my art and designs on personal websites or social media accounts, as long as they are not used for profit or income generation✦﹒you are allowed to make personal edits such as video edits, color adjustments, filters, or adding stickers/frames, etc

✦﹒you may not resell a character design for a higher price than it was originally purchased for unless it includes additional artwork, such as commissioned pieces, etc, and it must be more than just sketches✦﹒if the owner of the design changes, the new owner receives the same personal or commercial rights that the original buyer purchased. the new owner can also buy the additional license at any time
