- After the payment is done I will start with a sketch and send it to you for approval, once approved I will continue and not go back.- If you would like changes during approval periods, please let me know clearly, if you want a change after the approval period will come at a small cost.- All commissions (besides reference sheets) require proper visual references, please be specific with what do you want.- You can repost your commissioned work just credit me.- Do not remove my watermark.- I have the right to decline a commission for any reason.

- Payment is upfront via paypal in USD and Ko-fi.- Payment plans and holds are allowed, maximum wait period is 2 week.- Refunds will be full or partial depending on how much labor has already been put forth. I decide how much is refunded.- Under no circumstances will I provide a refund once the work is fully completed.- If for some reason I cannot immediately refund you same day, I will be upfront direct and clear on why and when It will be fulfilled.- I retain the right to decline or cancel a service, with immediate refund if applicable, if I’m uncomfortable with the commission.- Commercial purposes: x2 the price !

- Do not harrass anyone listed.- Users listed in the blacklist can't get designs from me, interact with my account or content.- Do not request commissions of characters created from anyone on this list.

What will result in an automatic blacklist?

- Ghosting on holds, payment plans and auctions.- Copy/trace my art and designs.- Misuse of my base shop products such as: sharing the base with someone who didn't buy it from me, using a base for things I've said it shouldn't be used for (example: commissions, ych or customs for some specific base packs are not allowed.)- If you sell my designs/work for a higher price than originally you paid, without adding any additional value (like extra art).
